Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you access the download link. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues downloading your files or the files are corrupted, contact melaniejoan@climatechangebowl.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll help resolve the issue.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Personal Use License
You will have a personal use license only. You may print and display the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You MAY:

• Print the artwork for personal use in your home or office

• Print as gifts for friends and family

• Edit for personal use (resize, crop, adjust colours)

You MAY NOT:

• Use for commercial purposes (business branding, marketing, products for sale)

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files

• Claim the artwork as your own

• Use in any way that generates income

Copyright
All artwork remains the intellectual property of ClimateChangeBowl/Melanie Joan Lloyd. Purchase grants you a license to use the artwork as outlined above, but does not transfer copyright ownership.

File Quality
Files are provided "as is" at 300 DPI for quality printing. We cannot guarantee results from third-party print services. Print quality depends on your chosen printer, paper, and settings.

Violation of Terms
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and you may be required to pay damages.

Commercial Licensing

PRIVACY POLICY

What We Collect
When you purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely through Stripe/PayPal - we never store your payment details).

How We Use It
We use your information to process your order, send download links, and respond to questions. If you opt in to emails, we'll send news and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime). We will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting melaniejoan@climatechangebowl.com

Third-Party Services
We use Squarespace (hosting), Stripe/PayPal (payments), and MailerLite (email marketing if you opt in). These services have their own privacy policies.
